1. Who can play
El Jacalito is intended for residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm your date of birth, UK residence and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not register for someone else or allow anyone under 18 to use your account.
2. Entertainment-only credits
Credits are fictional units used within the games. A new account receives 500,000 credits once. There are no credit purchases, deposits, withdrawals, transferable balances, cash prizes or prizes of value. Credits cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services. Game outcomes do not predict outcomes in real-money gambling.
3. Looking after your account
Provide an accurate email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorise on your account. Use a unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. One person should maintain one account; duplicate accounts must not be used to repeatedly collect starter credits or circumvent a break.
4. Game rounds and availability
Each round uses the credit amount shown before play. The server determines and records the outcome, including any free-spin sequence. If your connection is interrupted, retry the same round rather than creating a new one. Credit activity shows the recorded debit and award. A repeated request for the same round is not charged twice.
5. Free daily credits
An eligible signed-in account may collect 10,000 free credits once per UTC calendar day. A separate 10,000-credit fresh start is available once per UTC day when the balance is below 100 credits. These features require an explicit claim, have no monetary value and are unavailable during an account break.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use automated play, exploit software errors, interfere with the service, impersonate another person or submit abusive or unlawful content. Do not attempt to transfer credits or offer accounts for sale. We may restrict access where necessary to investigate abuse or protect accounts.
7. Breaks and account closure
You may pause your account for 1, 7, 30 or 180 days through Player Care. A confirmed break starts immediately, signs you out and cannot be shortened through the website. Contact us for account closure or personal-data requests. We may retain limited records where needed for security or legal obligations.
8. Content and changes
The site design, software, illustrations and game materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the service for personal entertainment. Availability, game selection and these Terms may change; material updates will be identified by a revised effective date.
9. Service limitations and your rights
We take reasonable care in operating the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. Credits have no financial value and no compensation in money is due for a virtual-credit balance. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK law.
